One of the meanings of yoga is “to attain what was previously unattainable”. When we move our body’s using breath and with conscious thoughts we gain a new point of view. We learn how to become present in every moment and learn to let go.
This class is for everyone. You will learn basic asana (poses), how to breathe to elongate the spine (allowing room for nerves and muscles to release), what a stretch feels like and how to modify a pose that fits your body’s limitation. You will also learn basic meditation.
PLEASE ARRIVE 5 MINUTES EARLY
What to bring: Yoga Mat, water bottle and Beach towel. We have some yoga mats and blankets if you aren’t ready to purchase these items yet.
What to wear: Anything comfortable like yoga pants, sweats or decent shorts. Something that is easy to move in but not too loose. **You will be bringing your head down and spreading legs.

Class Fee: $120 for the six classes
